About your role as Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to support the growing demand for our digital products at Sea/.

You will be responsible for actively contributing to the capabilities of our Product team through coaching and mentoring.

In this role, you will work with customers and many internal stakeholders, define a product strategy with the CPO and ensure the delivery is successful against the product roadmap.

The role involves understanding customers' needs and aligning that with the product development teams, ensuring this also aligns with our business goals and vision.

AS a senior product manager YOU:

Contribute to building a culture of true customer-led product design through data-driven solutions and deepen our product set,
Identify opportunities and issues, formulate hypotheses, and ideate rapidly to deliver and iterate solutions to create a best-in-class product that exceeds customer expectations,
Build a deep understanding of users and their problems,
Work collaboratively with teams and developers to align plans, unpick problems, unblock development, advise on implementing a new feature, and communicate changes,
Guide implementation of product analytics tools and create actionable plans on outcomes,
Perform market analysis to inform the product roadmap, determine market size, assess competition, and define market positioning.

REQUIREMENTS FOR senior product manager

Solid, proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful digital product;
This experience should include the product lifecycle, ideally delivering large-scale cloud-based services,
Passionate about building the best possible user experience,
Comfortable with complex problem-solving,
Strong business sense – we are building a true end-to-end solution,
The ability to identify and leverage features across the platform, as well as articulate the business value of such changes,
Approachable, excellent communicator – presenting to stakeholders both internally and externally is second nature to you,
A self-starter who enjoys and has experience in owning, shaping, transforming and delivering a world-class product,
Experience in product management and working in a product trio or similar setup,
English at B2 or higher,
Great communication skills among all teammates and stakeholders.
