About the role

  • diagnosing and solving software and hardware problems on workstations and mobile devices (iOS, macOS, Windows, Android)
  • provide technical support of the highest quality (on level I and II line) to the company workers, VIP clients according to the established SLA rules
  • supporting Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, LAN / WiFi, Active Directory, Cisco VPN, and other networks
  • answer for the timely implementation of applications and the preparation and delivery of workstations and other IT equipment
  • build cooperation and relationships with teams of administrators and external service providers
  • maintaining documentation

If you

  • experience as an IT Support
  • knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange. SeriveNow is welcome.
  • support for devices with the following systems: MacOS, Windows, iOS, Android
  • technical knowledge in the field of computers and mobile devices service
  • English level: B2
  • good communication with a client at various levels - technical / non-technical people. Supporting VIP users.
  • team player
