About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior UX Designer to join our growing team! We need someone who will help us create a Product Design department in our company and share UX knowledge across the team.

If you

If you:

  • are ready to take part in the process of shaping the Design Team structure
  • are experienced at conducting workshops with clients like Google Design Sprint
  • Are ready to help the Business Development team to sell Product Design services
  • know how to design web and mobile products from scratch
  • can overview the design process from the research to the final designs
  • share the product vision across the design team
  • have experience in prototyping in any chosen app
  • have experience in research and usability tests
  • know how to facilitate communication between the client and the design team
  • can control the progress and value creation within leading projects
  • are able to educate younger designers sharing UX best practices and patterns
  • Have english language skills at a level that enables fluent communication (B2-C1)
  • have 3 years of experience
Good to have:
  • basic user interface design skills
