ABOUT YOUR ROLE

 We are looking for an experienced Business Developer who will take a crucial role in establishing relationships with customers and preparing offers.


What are the challenges facing you in this role?

  • Uncovering needs of potential clients and understanding how Setapp can address them
  • Creating and increasing business opportunities in the area of ​​custom-software development
  • Conducting continuous research within transport sector to identify contacts matching the prospection strategy

APPLY IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN:

  • an international transport company within digital transformation area (several years) and ability to identify and match prospects’ needs with Setapp offer
  • Setting out strategy for opportunities and executing through conducting qualification calls and attending business trips (if possible)
  • Initiating contact with customers’ representatives and establishing first contact with identified Client's managers to build interest in Setapp offer
  • Organizing and participating in meetings with contacted people
  • Preparing and customizing sales materials (ppt, doc, mail) to match individual Client's interest
  • Negotiating terms and closing deals creating matching clients ’needs
  • Focusing on cost optimization on the base of new solutions and analye of past financial records
  • Supporting the sales team with their social selling activity on spcial media
  • Delivering trainings and providing mentoring to members of the business development team and other stakeholders
  • Networking with existing and new business partners in order to generate opportunities
  • Supporting the content team in building content appropriate for campaigns, such as landing pages, white papers, webinars, podcasts
  • Cooperating with other teams - web developers and graphic designers - on campaign content, including social media creation

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in customer acquisition and business development
  • Excellent written and oral English is a must – minimum at C1 level
  • Proactive approach in generating new ideas for the sales area
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to build trust by professional approach in business environment
  • Positive attitude, goal-oriented, strong motivation and team spirit
  • Fast, curious learner
  • Pleasant personality
